Aurella
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Aurella. By creating an account, browsing the service, or using paid features, you agree to these terms.
Using Aurella
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You may use Aurella only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the platform or other users.
- You may not attempt to bypass security, scrape protected areas, interfere with payments, or misuse community features.
User content
You keep ownership of recipes, notes, comments, and other content you submit. By uploading content to Aurella, you grant Aurella a non-exclusive licence to host, display, copy, adapt, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service.
Public and community content
If you publish recipes or comments publicly, you are responsible for what you share. Aurella may remove or moderate content that is misleading, abusive, unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or harmful to the community.
Subscriptions and payments
- Paid features may be offered on a subscription basis.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and privacy practices.
- Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Pricing, plan features, and trial arrangements may change with reasonable notice.
Availability and changes
Aurella is an evolving product. We may add, remove, or change features at any time, including community tools, shopping integrations, pricing, or access limits.
Food, health, and shopping information
Aurella provides planning tools and general recipe information, not medical advice. Dietary tags, allergen notes, cost estimates, and supermarket matching are provided for convenience and may not always be complete or current. You remain responsible for ingredient checks, allergy safety, and purchase decisions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, or expose Aurella to legal or security issues. You may stop using Aurella at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
Aurella is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurella disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Aurella will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are intended to operate under applicable Australian law unless a different law is required by your local consumer protections.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Aurella grows. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
